De eerste keer dat ik van E.L.F. Cosmetics had gehoord was toen een YouTube Guru in een video E.L.F. producten gebruikte voor een look. De resultaten mochten er zeer zeker wezen. Sindsdien is mijn nieuwsgierigheid over de producten van E.L.F. alleen maar groter geworden.

Wat zegt E.L.F. Cosmetics over de Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder?
Creëer het hele jaar door een gezonde en natuurlijke gloed. De blush accentueert de wangen met een extra vleugje kleur, terwijl het bronzingpoeder de jukbeenderen mooi tot hun recht laat komen.
As you can see there are two colors. The left one is a salmon pink color with beautiful golden soft shimmer. On the right you have the bronzer. It is a dark brown color with also a golden soft shimmer. If you don’t like shimmer, I wouldn’t recommend it. Especially if you are planning to wear it in the sunlight.

Zoals je hierboven kunt zien zijn er twee kleuren. De linker is een zalmroze blush met wat lichte shimmer erin. De rechter is een bruinkleurige bronzer die ook een zacht gouden shimmer bevat. Mocht je niet van shimmer houden, dan raad ik hem af.
The pigment of the blush and bronzer are both very good. The blush is very soft and isn’t outstanding, which I like. It doesn’t matter how much you apply on your cheeks, you cannot overdo it. With the bronzer it is a whole different story. The pigment is so strong, that you need to be careful to not overdo it.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de pigment van de blush. Het geeft een mooi gezond zalmroze gloed op je gezicht. De pigment van de bronzer is in tegenstelling tot de blush juist heel sterk, waardoor je ook moet uitkijken dat je niet al te veel op doet. Never overdo it with makeup! Het is een goede combinatie voor iemand die getint is, maar voor iemand zoals ik gaat de combi niet. Ik zal ze dan ook los van elkaar gaan gebruiken.

I’m scared to use blush since my cheeks always seem too pink to start with. I think I would contour by trying to make all the pink bits less pink!

Hoi!
Ik heb al vaak producten van ELF gekocht. Net een paar dagen geleden nog een pakketje aangekomen.
De oogschaduw en blushes etc van 1€ raad ik niet aan, het is er aan te merken dat het maar 1€ kost. De eyeliners, lippotloden etc zijn wel goed. Alsook de borstels, vind ze echt super! Zowel die van 1€ als die van 4€
Heb nu ook 2 baked eyeshadows gekocht in de kleuren Bark and Burned Plum en ze zijn echt super mooi en gepigmenteerd! Ook heb ik een lipstain en jumbo lippotlood gekocht en ben er best tevreden van. Tis Catrice kwaliteit dus best wel ok. De lippenbalsems van 1€ zijn echt zaaaalig zacht en hydraterend.
Ik wou deze blush and contour duo ook kopen maar die waren natuurlijk weer net uitverkocht.
